Apparently just for the heck of it?!

WHAT KIND OF FREAKING SENSE DOES THIS MAKE?

Shouldn't they be teaming up to attack.....I don't know.....Kazakhstan or something?

It could be the "Decade of Korea" if they would just cooperate!
