America doesn't care!
To get America to care, you have to let America "vote"; and it also must be on television (you know, tv) and you must have an ornery British judge. Oh, almost forgot. All the contestants must be unqualified.
Unless you do that, America will not care one iota.
And if America doesn't care, it is irrelevant.
This is remedial stuff, really.
